Thomas Thompson is the Founder/CEO of Executive Security & Intelligence Unit, LLC. Detective Thompson is a 1988 graduate of the historic Baltimore City College High School. Upon graduating in 1988 from City College, Det. Thompson made the decision to serve his country by enlisting in the US Marine Corp. During his four year hitch in the Marine Corp, Det. Thompson rose to the rank of Corporal. After completing his commitment to the US Marine Corp Det. Thompson enrolled in Bowie State University, where he earned his Bachelors of Science degree in Sociology with a minor in criminal Justice. In 1994, Det. Thompson joined the Montgomery County Police Department. Det. Thompson rose in ranks throughout his 27 years in law enforcement from patrol officer to Detective in their Major Crimes Unit.
Det. Thompson made the decision to launch Executive Security & Intelligence Unit because of his deep desire to provide the best security and private investigating services. Det. Thompson lives by a strong code of conduct. He believes that you have to give your all and your best when providing a service. His four security pillars (Honesty, Integrity, Accountability and Quality) are more than words they are how he lives his life and its what he expects of the off duty police officers that work for him.
Det. Thompson is married to his wife of 16 years Stacy, they have two daughters Alexis 24 and Aliyah 13
